Return & Exchange Policy

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email phoneme-jaunt.6v@icloud.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item type (e.g., “Dimmable USB Night Light,” “RGB Internet-Famous Atmosphere Light,” “Wooden Floor Lamp”)
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “defective charging port,” “wrong color,” “too bright”)
    • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable) to speed up review.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days. If approved:
    • We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
    • For bulky Floor Lamps, we may arrange a courier pickup (free for defect-related returns; £15 fee for change-of-mind returns).
  3. Ship the Item Back:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (to prevent damage—add bubble wrap for glass components like Floor Lamp shades).
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation.
    • Ship to our London address (Flat 29 Dykes Court, Barstow Crescent, London, SW2 3NT) within 7 days of approval.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item (we verify condition and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
  • Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., a dimmer USB Night Light, correct-color Floor Lamp) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests.
